Headache and Migraine Relief

£10.00

Description

Feverfew – Chrysanthemum parthenium – is a dainty little herb that packs a punch on headaches and migraines. It is bitter and cooling with natural anti inflammatory properties. It contains Sesquiterpene Lactones, which inhibit the release of histamine and prostaglandins and this can help with allergies as well as increasing circulation to the head. This is perhaps why it’s been used for centuries to ease head pain. It’s not suitable to take if you have an allergy to the daisy or chrysanthemum family.

This natural supplement is an alcohol extraction of the leaves and flowers, grown and harvested at my allotment in the Castlereagh hills in Belfast. It’s a handy-sized bottle to carry around in your bag for you to take at the first sign of a headache or migraine, and it should last around 6 months, if not longer. If you’d like to try a sample sized bottle first, drop me a message here.

Ingredients: Chrysanthemum parthenium leaves and flowers, alcohol

Dosage: 5-10 drops at the onset of a headache or migraine, repeated at intervals if necessary
