We Brought the Summer With Us

This is an old Irish song and air dating back to the 1700s. The lyrics were written in Irish, of course, and the song was traditionally sung to welcome the summer in May. Flowers and blossoms would traditionally be gathered and thrown into the wells in the morning, and girls would make flower crowns to wear.
